Public sessions
A slow-paced, nature experience with a group.
Join a guided, group walk that includes invitations to engage your senses, gentle movement, moments of connection, and a closing with tea and snacks. Walks are accessible to most ages and abilities. They take place in local parks, forests, community green spaces, and virtually! Together we receive what the land wants to share. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and presence.

Private sessions
One-on-one or customized group experiences tailored to your needs.
These customizable sessions are crafted around your needs and intentions. They are ideal for individuals, couples, families, or groups seeking a more personal experience. Whether it’s stress relief, creative renewal, team building, celebration, transition, or simply rest. The forest is your therapist. The guide opens the doors.

Seasonal cirlces
Gatherings aligned with the natural cycles of the Earth.
These circles weave together grounding practices, sensory forest invitations, reflections, journaling, and simple ritual elements such as intention setting, releasing, or honoring cycles and transitions. They are gentle, accessible, and deeply restorative. All are welcome.
